All 47 of you showed up in every way this year, supporting patients across the hospital, from med/surg to the NICU, while completing 13 EBP projects. You balanced long shifts with family, school, weddings, and everything else life brings.
You gave back to the community, worked through unit moves, pushed through the January snow and ice, and stayed steady during our Joint Commission visit.
